Delivery/Shipping Policy

We deliver our products worldwide, including the UAE. Shipping is handled by a third-party courier.

• Delivery within UAE cities: 1-3 working days, AED 30 flat rate.

• Delivery to the rest of the world: 2-5 working days via DHL Express, AED 110 (equivalent to $30).

Please ensure your full address and contact details are provided to avoid delivery delays.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and will be completed within 10 days.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receipt only if the packaging is unopened, or the products are damaged or incorrect.

• For exchanges, additional pick-up and delivery fees will apply.

• Returns must be shipped back in original, sealed packaging via a registered courier service to qualify for a refund.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been tampered with or used.
