Delivery Shipping Policy

• We deliver our products worldwide, including the UAE. Shipping is handled by a third-party courier.
• Delivery within UAE cities: 1-3 working days, AED 30 flat rate.
• Delivery to the rest of the world: 2-5 working days via DHL Express, AED 110 (equivalent to $30).
• Please ensure your full address and contact details are provided to avoid delivery delays.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and will be completed within 10 days.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receipt only if the packaging is unopened, or the products are damaged or incorrect.
• For exchanges, additional pick-up and delivery fees will apply.
• Returns must be shipped back in original, sealed packaging via a registered courier service to qualify for a refund.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been tampered with or used.
