Delivery & Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery, including across the UAE, through our trusted third-party courier partners.

UAE Delivery:
1–3 working days within major cities at a flat rate of AED 30

International Delivery:
2–5 working days via DHL Express at a rate of AED 110 (approximately $30).

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide complete and accurate address details along with a valid contact number when placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept order cancellations. However, customers may opt for:

• Item exchange, or

• Store credit (credit note) in accordance with our return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, unless received damaged or incorrect

• Exchanges: Applicable pick-up and re-delivery fees will be charged

• Returns: Issued strictly as store credit (credit note)

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the item shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during delivery
