“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED,USD, EUR,QAR,SAR will be accepted for payment’’
‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE’’
‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’
‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’
‘’User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account’’
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

NO REFUND POLICY

At Maison Arabelle, each of our pieces is handmade with precision, care, and artistry. Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted products, we do not offer refunds on standard purchases.

However, we are pleased to offer a store credit or gift voucher that can be used toward a future order. To be eligible for this, the item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition. Our team will arrange for collection of the item(s) to process the credit note or voucher.

We can only accept returns for products that:

    Have not been used or tampered with

    Are sealed and in their original packaging

    Are shipped back to us using a registered courier service

If all of these conditions are met, and the return is approved upon inspection, we may issue a full refund.
Please note:

    We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipment if the product shows signs of use or tampering.

    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
